Yes, our sizing generally runs true to standard international sizing. However, some of our oversized and wide-leg styles are intentionally cut larger — this will be noted in the product description. We always recommend checking the measurements listed on each product page for the most accurate fit guidance.
We do restock popular items based on demand. You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page by clicking "Notify Me When Available." We typically restock within 3–6 weeks, though some limited-edition pieces may not return. Follow our social channels for restock announcements.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@valorestore.com with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your VALORE account and view your order status under "My Orders." Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and personalised pieces are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@valorestore.com with your order number.
To exchange for a different size, please return your original item and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures the fastest processing time. If the item is out of stock in your desired size, you can join the restock notification list on the product page.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
